Poppit Sands 2025

Poppit Sands 5km is a multi terrain course that starts and finishes at Crwst Poppit Cafe. The route includes 2 loops that starts on the road for half a mile, then runners will hit the sand.

The fully marked course will have plenty of marshals scattered along the route, with water available to runners at the end.

The juniors race is a 2km course that starts on the beach. The course runs along the estuary on the beach, before heading back to finish line next to the RNLI Station.
