Distance: Warm up jog over to the Cliff Hotel entrance, followed by a 2.6miles run back to the enterance of Cardigan Rugby Club.

The emphasis of the session is a personal challenge, where you will aim to beat your time by chasing other who are also running (with an added element of competition).
Runners will set off at different times, so everyone should finish roughly the same time.
Chocolate/cake prizes to be given out every month.
You'll warm up by having a slow/steady jog over to the Cliff Hotel entrance
You'll then set off from the Cliff Hotel entrance, and run to the entrance of Cardigan Rugby Club (2.6miles).
Points will be given to each runner based on their finish position.
Bonus points to be given to any runner who can beat their previous/best time.
Allocated points to be added to an overall Male and Female table
