TT Handicap - Can you beat your time?

This time trial style run is an individual effort against the clock over a set distance, where you'll set off at different times - the aim is to try and improve your time every month (with an element of competitiveness too)!

Distance: Warm up jog over to the Cliff Hotel entrance, followed by a 2.6miles run back to the enterance of Cardigan Rugby Club.
