30 miles for 30 years
Can you run, jog, or walk 30 miles, or a multiple of 30 miles (60/90) over the month of June, or even possibly 30 miles every week during the month of June?
The aim of this personal challenge is to get club members and runners in general out and about enjoying the sport of running, and possibly encourage members to run further during the month.
