Club Accumulator 2024
The purpose of this initiative is to encourage members to run local events
How it works:
16 races will make up the accumulator championship for 2024
Best 6 results to count
Awards given to overall 1st Male and Female, as well as awards for age categories (categories noted below)
Points awarded to every finisher (points allocated noted to the right)
Awards will be presented at the annual awards dinner.
Age Categories
Male Open Female Open
Male 40+ Female 35+
Male 50+ Female 45+
Male 60+ Female 55+
Points Allocation
5 points to be allocated to every club members taking part (for every race that you take part in).
Depending on the number of club members attending a race, points to be allocated based on finish position, e.g. 10 club members attending a race will mean that 1st club member = 10 points, 2nd position = 9 points, 3rd position = 8 points, 4th position = 7 points, 5th position = 6 point etc.
Bonus points to be given to club members who finish in the top 3 of their age category, i.e. 1st in age category = 3 points, 2nd in age category = 2 points, 3rd in age category = 1 point.
